Core Ascent L.L.C. ("Core Ascent," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from us. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
By checking the SMS consent box on any Core Ascent form (including forms on coreascent.net, coreascent.finance, and coreascent.health) and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Core Ascent L.L.C. at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in by checking the consent checkbox when submitting a form on our websites.
Messages you may receive include responses to your inquiries, follow-ups regarding your form submission, appointment or call reminders, status updates on your application or request, and information related to the products or services you inquired about.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You will not receive more than 5 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations. We do not send recurring automated marketing messages unless you separately opt in to such a program.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Core Ascent is not responsible for any charges incurred by your carrier for receiving text messages.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in this policy and our Privacy Policy. We do not share your opt-in consent or phone number with any third party for their independent use.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
