AI Wellness Finance is a Core Ascent program operated by Core Ascent L.L.C. ("Core Ascent," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate a text messaging (SMS) program to communicate with individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from us. By opting in to this SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
The AI Wellness Finance SMS program is operated by Core Ascent L.L.C. It is a conversational and transactional messaging program tied to the AI Wellness Finance financing application and inquiry forms at aiwellness.finance. The program lets our team reply to your financing inquiry by text message and send related follow-ups. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Messages you may receive include replies to your inquiries, follow-ups regarding your financing application, application or request status updates, appointment or call reminders, and information related to the products or services you asked about. Example message: "AI Wellness Finance (Core Ascent): Thanks for your financing inquiry. A specialist will reach out shortly. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You will not receive more than 5 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations. We do not send recurring automated marketing messages unless you separately opt in to such a program.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Core Ascent is not responsible for any charges your carrier bills you for sending or receiving text messages.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox and providing your mobile phone number on an AI Wellness Finance financing form, or by replying START or a similar keyword to a message from us. Your consent is specific to this SMS program and is not shared with any third party for their independent marketing use.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing info@coreascent.net or by calling (855) 714-CORE.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, along with their respective affiliates and resellers. Carrier support may change without notice.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your phone number and opt-in data are used solely for the purposes described in these SMS Terms and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or opt-in consent, and we do not share them with third parties for their independent marketing.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
